Shukette.us is an independent publication about Shukette, the restaurant at 230 Ninth Avenue in Chelsea. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Shukette or its owners, and nothing on this site should be read as coming from the restaurant itself.

Where our facts come from

Menu items and prices on this site are transcribed directly from restaurant-supplied menu photographs, not scraped from a third party and not copied from press coverage. The menu data is checked directly against the restaurant's current menu. Address, phone number, hours, chef, and booking platform are drawn from the restaurant's own public listings, including its website, Google Business Profile, and Resy page, cross-checked against recent reviews where useful.

Where a fact could not be confirmed from a source we trust, such as Shukette's happy hour program and private-dining offerings as of this writing, we say so plainly rather than guessing. We would rather leave a page unwritten than publish something invented.

How often we re-check

Restaurant menus, prices, and hours change. We aim to re-verify the menu and hours periodically. If you visit Shukette and find something on this site out of date, we want to know: see corrections.

What we don't do

We don't take reservations or sell gift cards. Every booking and gift-card link on this site hands off to Shukette's own channels, Resy for tables and Toast for e-gift-cards, rather than processing anything here. We don't reproduce Shukette's logo, trademark, or marketing copy, and our own prose is written originally by our editors, not copied from the restaurant's materials or from other guide sites.
